2. Safe & Secure Transactions
All online transactions on our platform are fully encrypted using secure SSL technology to protect your sensitive financial data.
Soni Fashion does not store or save your card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords on our servers. All information is securely processed directly by our authorized payment gateway partners.
3. Failed or Interrupted Transactions
In case an online payment fails but the money is debited from your bank account, please do not worry. This is usually due to a temporary network issue.
Such amounts are automatically reversed and credited back to your original payment source by your bank within 3 to 5 working days.
4. Refund Mode & Processing Timeline
Once a return request is officially approved after a quality check, refunds are processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Bank, Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, you must securely share your Bank Account Details or UPI ID with our customer service team. The refund will be transferred to that account within 5 to 7 working days.
