At Soni Fashion (sonifashion.in), all our garments are manufactured as Ready-to-Wear (Pre-stitched) according to our standard size charts. However, to ensure you get the perfect fit, we offer minor customization and alteration services under the following terms and guidelines:
- Availability of Customization
Minor alterations (such as adjusting the length or narrowing the waist fitting) are available only on selected ready-to-wear outfits.
Customers are requested to consult our support team via WhatsApp or call before placing an order to confirm if alteration is possible for that specific design.
- Customization Charges
Any modifications or fittings requested beyond our standard size chart will incur an additional customization fee of [Add amount here, e.g., ₹X / or minor alterations are completely free].
This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the final billing amount of the product.
- Additional Processing & Delivery Time
Since altered or customized garments require special attention from our tailoring team, customized orders may take an additional 2 to 3 working days to process and dispatch beyond the standard timeline.
- Strict No-Return & No-Exchange Policy
Please Note: Any garment that has been altered, modified, or custom-tailored based on specific measurements provided by the customer is strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
We strongly advise you to double-check your custom size measurements before sharing them with our team to avoid any fit issues.
