Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Soni Fashion (sonifashion.in). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium ready-to-wear garments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order due to size mismatches or manufacturing defects, our return and exchange policy is here to help you.

• Return and Exchange Window
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must initiate a request through our website or contact our customer support team within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after the 5-day window will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Conditions for Return & Exchange
To ensure a successful return or exchange, all items must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
The clothing items must be in their original, unused condition. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
All original product tags, price tags, and brand packaging must remain intact and attached to the garment exactly as received.

• Size Exchange Process
Since our products belong to the Ready-to-Wear (Pre-stitched) category, you can request a replacement for an alternative size if you face any fit issues.
Size exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.

• Refund Policy
Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes the quality check, your refund will be processed as follows:
Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): The refund amount will be credited directly to your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, you will be required to provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID to our customer support team, where the refund will be transferred within 5 to 7 working days.

• Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged garment or an incorrect item/size, we will replace it or refund you completely free of cost.
Mandatory Requirement: To claim a free replacement or refund for damaged/wrong products, you must provide a clear, unedited Unboxing Video (showing the opening of the sealed courier package) along with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
